Progression with criteria and real data
Raising the level at the right time is one of the most delicate calls in training. Lokify takes the guesswork out of it.

Define each exercise's level sequence: 3×5, then 3×7, then 3×10. The pet parent always trains at the right level, never skipping steps.
An objective bar to level up
The target only increases after N consecutive well-rated trainings. You set the number and the bar.
Auto-progression, if you want it
Turned on, the target raises itself when the criteria are met. Turned off, the call is always yours.

Scheduled rest days per plan. On those days the pet parent doesn't train and the streak doesn't break, because consolidating is also learning.
